What is your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Our Guarantee If the item didn't arrive in the estimated time(7 days delay) or lost in shipment we would refund you the full amount of the purchase. Just contact us at Support@Jecept.com

How Do I track my Order?

You can Track your order easily here> https://Jecept.com/pages/track-your-order , Sometimes the tracking number wont show location because it just been dispatched from the Wearhouse.

Shipping Policy

We work with local logistics and fulfillment companies to ensure the highest quality of delivery services.   . As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Online payment through different debit/credit cards, or through your paybal account and payment on delivery for local orders are available.

Delivery charges are free for all demostic orders above 30 JD. 

Orders less than 30 JD will be charged 2.5 JD on every order placed within Amman and 3.5JD if outside Amman- (North and South) 4.5 JD
